Harassment Prevention

Definition Harassment is any behavior or conduct that harasses, discriminates against, or unreasonably attacks or harms another employee based on job status, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, physical appearance, disability, national origin, or other personal characteristics. It refers to inappropriate behavior such as power harassment, sexual harassment, harassment related to pregnancy, childbirth, parental leave, nursing care leave, or other harassment.

If harassment occurs, we will promptly address the situation and take necessary measures.

Reporting Procedures If harassment occurs, report it directly to your supervisor, the Administration Department, or the Harassment Report Line.
The reporter's information is strictly confidential and absolutely no retaliation will be tolerated.

Addressing Harassment If harassment is identified, an appropriate investigation will be conducted and necessary action will be taken.
This may include warnings, admonitions, or dismissals.

Support Resources Employees may contact the Administration or the Harassment Assistance Line at any time if they have questions or concerns regarding harassment.
